Our PeopleThe TeamSummary: The Launchpad team is a part of the Young Foundation and consists of individuals with a broad range of experience in different sectors combining hands-on experience from the commercial, technology, charity and public sectors. The team works as social entrepreneurs, bringing extensive experience of start-up ventures, turn-arounds and front-line management experience. Our real expertise is in starting social ventures and where appropriate we work with specialist consultants or partners to help us fully understand the sector context for each new venture. Our role is to find and select the most promising ideas, either working with entrepreneurs to take an idea forward or working as entrepreneurs ourselves.
