Alice Phillips

Before joining the Young Foundation, Alice worked in the voluntary youth sector in inner London. Most recently Alice founded SkyWay, a youth charity in Hackney, specialising in innovative peer led work with young people. Whilst there she co-founded the Shoreditch Youth Network to help co-ordinate and support voluntary sector youth provision in the area. Through her roles Alice has worked with public, private and voluntary sector partners to achieve better outcomes for young people.

Alice is a Trustee of the Wandsworth Youth Enterprise Centre.
