Alison is an Associate in Launchpad and joined the Young Foundation in March 2009.
Alison is working on the core capabilities and systems of the programme.
Prior to joining the Young Foundation Alison was the producer for a public arts collective. She has also worked for the thinktank Demos as Operations and Resources Manager and as an English language teaching assistant for the British Council in Leipzig, Germany.
Alison holds a degree in Politics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
