Cynthia is a Launchpad Associate, joining Launchpad in October 2008.
Cynthia joined the Young Foundation from local government strategy consultancy RSe Consulting. Prior to this Cynthia spent 3 years at HM Treasury where she began as an economist in the Civil Service Fast Stream, and where her roles included working within the in-house strategy unit, on immigration policy and on local government spending in the 2007 Comprehensive Spending Review. She also co-founded the Women In The Treasury network in 2006. Cynthia holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
