Government announces support for Studio Schools

In the Cabinet Office paper, Working together- Public services on your side, published today, the Government has confirmed their intention to proceed with the first wave of Studio Schools. The Young Foundation, working with local partners in Blackpool, Kirklees, Lambeth, Luton, Newham, Oldham, and South Tyneside, will undertake further development of the proposals with a view to the DCSF announcing final approval for the proposals in the summer.
