Ian Casswell
He is principally responsible for the development and advancement of Launchpad's education projects. Ian provides leadership and direction for Launchpad's education projects. As well as project managing individual projects, he works closely with partners in other sectors to develop the educational agenda of Launchpad. Ian joined the Launchpad team with a broad experience of the education sector. He is a qualified teacher having worked in an inner-city secondary school through the inaugural TeachFirst programme in London. Previously to this he worked for a charity; Nightingales Children's Project in Romania, working with HIV/AIDS orphans where he remains now as a trustee. Ian holds a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Birmingham and his interests include triathlon, outdoor pursuits and travelling.
